WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We have 2 locations to serve both London & Area (open 7 days a week) as well as Muskoka (pick up at Clear Lake Brewery in Torrance, ON) available in the Summer (May 24 - Labour Day) Fridays and Saturdays and Saturdays the rest of the year.
WHERE ARE YOUR PLATTERS MADE?
We rent space in a commercial kitchen to prepare our platters.
CAN I ORDER SOMETHING CUSTOM?
Yes you can! Please send us a message with enough notice and we can likely help. Common requests include giant size party platters, catering requests, special customizations like no pork, names, personalized cookies, ages, gluten free, etc. Please note some customizations are an additional expense. Please give us as much notice as possible for special requests.
HOW DO I ORDER & HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED?
Please order with as much notice as possible on our website home page or on our Facebook page @CottageCharcuterie.
Ideally please give us at least 48 hours notice but sometimes we are able to take last minute and day-of requests so don't hesitate to message if you forgot to book in advance. For same-day or last minute orders please confirm with us via Facebook that we can still fit you in.
WHEN DO YOU DELIVER?
We have 2 locations to serve both the London and surrounding area year round 7 days a week excluding holidays and the Muskoka area from the last weekend in June to the first weekend in September on Fridays and Saturdays.
We deliver in London for free ($5 surcharge for apartment deliveries with buzzers). The surrounding areas have a small surcharge of $5-$25 depending on how far away they are. Common delivery times are 10:30am-8pm.
We welcome your requests but delivery times CANNOT be guaranteed for deliveries outside if London and those will be delivered when we are in the area. We make our delivery route plan based on requests and will do out best to get it there when you need it.
Right now our Muskoka location is pick up only at Clear Lake Brewery with more pick up spots coming soon.
Pick up at this location is available Fridays and Saturdays in the summer and Saturdays-only the rest of the year.
CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE MY ALLERGY OR DIET?
We our happy to do our best to accommodate your allergy or food request but we regret that we CANNOT make any guarantees as we work with so many different products and cannot guarantee there is no cross contamination.
YES we can accommodate vegetarians, keto, gluten free, & pork free.
We can accommodate no nuts (but we cannot make guarantees related to their being absolutely no contact).

For LONDON and Area - pick up locations will be announced in 2022, right now we are delivery only.
CAN YOU MAIL MY PLATTER IN CANADA?
We DO mail CANDY platters anywhere in Canada but currently do not ship Charcuterie or fruit/veggie platters.
Our delivery region is London and 15km from the city .
HOW MUCH ARE YOUR PLATTERS & WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Pricing for our platters can be found on our products pages and when you order, if you need a custom quote for something special please send us a message.
We accept Credit Cards on our website and e-transfers (please use Contact@CottageCharcuterie.com).
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
Delivery is included for minimum orders of $50 to homes in London and there is a small surcharge for further locations calculated when you check out. Delivery is $10 in London for orders under $50. There is a $5 surcharge for orders to apartments to cover time spent parking/finding the buzzer number, dialing and waiting in the lobby or coming to you. This averages 15 minutes vs 1 minute for houses so this covers the drivers extra time.
WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR SPECIAL OFFERS?
Any special offers are on our facebook and instagram pages, or sometimes mailed to past customers and potential new customers. Please like our page to be the first to see them or to enter contests to WIN your platter!
Please check Facebook from around 3pm-6pm for last minute extra platters or deals.
MY ORDER IS A GIFT CAN YOU INCLUDE A NOTE?
YES we are happy to do that for you as long. Please email or send us a Facebook message AFTER you order including your order number with EXACTLY what you want to say. We will cut/paste it for your note. Please allow at least 24 hours notice if you'd like a note inclused.
